SixTix is a ticketing platform for events. They needed a landing page/one-pager for the SixTix ticketing platform. The website is connected to data from their events through a connection with the SixTix REST API.
SixTix - being a new business - needed a website. Their digital presence is split up in two component: the ticketing platform, and their website. Their website serves the purpose as an information hub for new- and existing users of their ticketing platform.
The main focus for this website were the following principles: speed, liveliness, low maintenance. Speed - this website needed to go from design to website quickly and was set up within a week. Liveliness - from the start it was made clear that animations and liveliness were very important to the project. Low maintenance - for this project it was essential to not have any developer ties required for upkeep or content management.
These are the results:

For this project the most important thing were, as described: speed, liveliness, low maintenance. I had chosen WebFlow to fit all of these needs. A lot of time on animations and deployment could be saved since webflow supports a lot of animations out of the box, and they also take care of all the overhead of hosting the website. Where usually deployment, hosting, CMS development, frontend development, and content management take a lot of different skills and tools; WebFlow put all of this under one platform.
A lot of JavaScript and custom css was needed to get all the animations and functionalities working on the site, but the footprint of all the technical work is still relatively small compared to if we chose a different technology to build this website with. Thanks to picking WebFlow the customer is in full control of their content and website management without needing a developer until they wish to change their frontend.
Some of the technologies used in this project were:
- WebFlow + JavaScript + Css for frontend
- Webflow for backend
- JavaScript for connection to the REST API
- Adobe XD for design
